  Fundraising:

Larus has extensive contacts in the global financial markets and is able to match the funding needs of airline, lessor and corporate borrowers with financing sources from commercial banks, leasing companies, equity investors, capital markets, manufacturers and export credit agencies. Larus raises equity and various forms of debt and lease finance for widebody, narrowbody and regional aircraft, engines and for general corporate purposes. Larus' fundraising tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • running financial procurement processes and making clear recommendations to a client's executive management,
  • negotiating a transaction's commercial terms and conditions with a financier and/or supplier on behalf of the client,
  • ensuring that all commercial and legal documentation is executed in accordance with the client's desired timetable, and
  • ensuring that financial closing occurs on time in accordance with the client's strategic financing objectives.

 Consultancy:

Larus provides a wide range of financial advisory services covering every aspect of a client's business objective's including:

  • experienced surge capacity, i.e. to provide temporary support to clients on a specific project basis,
  • corporate financial analysis and strategic business advice at Board and senior executive level,
  • business plan preparation and experienced financial modelling and budgetary planning, especially for developing companies, 
  • investment appraisal, lease and loan evaluation, "lease versus buy" analysis, 
  • corporate financing, asset disposal, restructuring, senior level commercial and procurement contract negotiations, and
